Parc Design Solutions Ltd. was established in August 2007, by the current directors, to provide a complete architectural service to residential developers. Over time the practice has grown and undertaken projects in the commercial, leisure and healthcare sectors as well. | The directors and senior staff members of Parc Design Solutions have all worked with national and local house builders for many years both directly and as consultants, as such we fully understand the development process enabling us to produce efficient design solutions. Our current projects range from single dwellings to large masterplans encompassing different stages of work from feasibility sketches, through planning and working drawings, to site supervision.
We are fully experienced in the planning process, listed building applications, building control applications, NHBC standards, code for sustainable homes, and scheme development standards. Working with a range of clients in the residential, leisure and public sectors, our aim is to establish a close relationship, work with the client on the brief, and to overcome any hurdles that may arise. We are committed to providing both quality and a cost effective product. Parc Design Solutions is based at Northampton Science Park in Northampton. From this location we have worked on projects throughout the United Kingdom.
